Raman Spectroscopy Analysis System RapID

From transparent packaging to opaque colored containers, we achieve high-throughput spectral analysis.

The RapID system is a next-generation portable system for Raman raw material identification (ID) verification, enabling high-throughput spectral analysis from transparent packages to opaque colored containers. For pharmaceutical manufacturers, the identification testing of raw materials in opaque containers can become a bottleneck. Verifying the contents requires a dedicated sampling area to open the container, perform sampling and testing, and then re-seal it. The spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (SORS) technology of the RapID system is a unique Raman technology ideal for non-destructive identification verification of raw materials. Operators of the RapID system can verify the contents of containers through opaque or colored packaging in just a few seconds, allowing raw materials to be immediately transferred to the production line. This significantly reduces the time spent on handling raw materials and laboratory testing, cutting overhead from several hours or days per batch down to just a few minutes.

Instantaneous fluctuation detection high-speed multi-channel spectral analysis system

Don't miss the instantaneous fluctuations that can happen at any moment! Unprecedented high-speed and long-duration measurement.

You can continuously monitor high-speed measurements at 100μs without limits. You never know when it will occur... The peak fluctuates for just a moment... However, conventional high-speed spectrometers have limitations due to data loss and the short monitoring time. We have responded to such needs. There is no other multi-channel spectrometer that can capture data at this speed without loss. Moreover, we offer very convenient features for process monitoring: - Signal output function - Playback function after process completion - Real-time background removal of plasma emission

Real-time luminescence spectroscopic analysis system CrevPEM

Industry first! Real-time analysis of plasma background! Also applicable as an endpoint monitor. Amazingly low-priced OES software.

Achieved through joint development with Osaka University! This is the industry's first system that analyzes background using continuous spectra of plasma in real-time. As a result, it is now possible to monitor molecular fluctuations in real-time and estimate electron temperature faster than with probe methods. Target molecules can be freely set, allowing applications not only in plasma but also across a wide range of fields. It also includes functionality as an endpoint monitor, making it usable in manufacturing environments. The spectrometer and software set can be introduced at a very affordable price.

Submicron spatial resolution infrared spectroscopic analysis system "Mirage"

Spatial resolution below 500nm! An infrared spectroscopic analysis system that also allows searching of IR databases.

"Mirage" is a non-contact infrared spectroscopy analysis system utilizing photo-thermal induced resonance (PTIR) detection technology with a light probe. By detecting instantaneous thermal expansion through the combination of a tunable pulse laser and a light probe, it enables infrared spectroscopy analysis with a spatial resolution of less than 500 nm. The obtained infrared spectrum matches that of conventional FT-IR transmission spectra. The operation is easy, requiring no special sample pretreatment, and measurements can be taken in a short time. It demonstrates its capabilities in research and development as well as quality control fields. 【Features】 ■ Sub-micron infrared spectra and infrared absorption imaging ■ Spatial resolution below 500 nm ■ No need for sample thinning (bulk samples are acceptable) ■ High-speed scanning (less than 1 spectrum/second) ※ (when equipped with a hyperspectral laser) 【Applications】 【Fields】 ・Polymer analysis ・Polymers ・Organic material analysis ・Life sciences ・Foreign substance analysis ・Semiconductors ・Defect analysis ・Pharmaceuticals ・Environment/Waste *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
